Q	Why do I see "?h?‰?b?O?A?E’u?d?I?|?c?e?e???v?B ?F?a?t?" when I am linked to another site?	A	It's because your computer can't read Japanese characters.
Q	I have been asked to install Active X , JAVA, etc... Why?	A	You need to have them installed to view live webcams.
Q	How to control live camera? (Web View Livescope)	A
Q	When I scroll over a map icon,why do I see this message?	A	It's because you clicked the thumbnail. The thumbnails can't be displayed properly because there isnt enough space. If you click OK, the thumbnails will be disabled until next visit. Please press Cancel.
Q	Why can't I control a camera?	A	Some cameras are incompatible with the latest version of JAVA. Previous versions such as 1.5.0.12 work fine.
